PURPOSE:To fix an inserted tie easily and exactly, by a method wherein jointed sections between an inserted tie and a slot liner or stator core adjacent to the tie are filled up with adhesives. CONSTITUTION:On the inner circumferential face of a stator core 2, slots 4 with openings 3 are arranged at equal intervals in the direction of the circumference. And coils 5 are arranged inside slot liners 6 so that the coils 5 may be arranged along the inner circumferential face of the slots 4. And inserted ties 7 are inserted between the coils 5 and the openings 3, and the coils 5 are prevented from springing out and are arranged to be electrically insulated from the stator core 2. Jointed sections 8, 10 between the inserted tie 7 and the slot liner 6 or stator core 2 adjacent to the tie 7 are filled up with adhesives 9. As a result, the inserted ties can be exactly fixed with a small quantity of adhesives. |
