PURPOSE:To prevent malfunction by stabilizing the action of an input step circuit by a method wherein a coupling capacitor is inserted between the wiring which electrically connects an outer input terminal with the input step circuit and the reference voltage wiring which electrically connects to the input step circuit. CONSTITUTION:The input step circuit I is composed of MISFETs Qp and Qn and constitutes the input section of the titled device. The coupling capacitor C has its one electrode connected to the wiring which electrically connects the outer input terminal BP with the input step circuit I and the other electrode connected to the reference voltage terminal Vss. This coupling capacitance C prevents malfunction by stabilizing the action of the input step circuit by matching the voltage of input signals in accordance with the variation in voltage of the terminal Vss due to the action of a large capacitance circuit.
