The fluid displacement bodies are hollow water-fillable structures which may be spherical, spheroidal or sausage-shaped. When placed in a bath of dipping-fluid these water-filled bodies achieve negative buoyancy by means of a weight contained in the body-cavity (4) or by a high density body-wall (1). By virtue of their smooth rounded surfaces, these bodies form a fluid displacement system which does not hamper the free movement of animals through the dipping-bath and does not impair the maintenance of the bath or its contents. <IMAGE> |
