Method for correcting synchronism errors of at least two receiving channels with digital filters, in particular in multi-channel direction finders

With the method, the disparities between the channels in multi-channel direction finders, for example, are equalised in terms of their transmission function by incorporating a correction value. The channels comprising analog and digital parts have digital filters into which filter coefficients selected by a computer are incorporated along with correction values. The correction values are obtained through calibration measurements with signals of different frequencies and amplitudes and are stored in a memory. System-specific noise quantities are thus advantageously eliminated from the received signals arriving from antennas. The method is fast due to the direct correction of the received signals. Furthermore, expensive analog circuits are not required to re-adjust or tune the channels.
