The azo dyestuffs of the formula I <IMAGE> in which Hal denotes a halogen atom, R1 denotes cyano, or alkoxycarbonyl, alkenyloxycarbonyl, phenoxyalkylcarbonyl, alkyl- or phenylcarbonyl, aminocarbonyl, phenylalkyl- or dialkyl-aminocarbonyl, alkyl- or phenylsulphonyl optionally carrying up to two substituents, R2 denotes formyl, cyano or a group of the formula -CH=CR3R4, -CH=CH-R5, -CH=N-OH or <IMAGE> R3 and R4 independently of one another denote cyano, or alkoxycarbonyl, alkenyloxycarbonyl or alkynyloxycarbonyl optionally substituted up to two times, or one denotes a cyano and the other denotes alkylsulphonyl, or phenyl, benzoyl, phenylsulphonyl or aminocarbonyl optionally substituted up to two times, R5 denotes alkylcarbonyl, alkenylcarbonyl or benzoyl optionally carrying up to two substituents, R6 denotes hydrogen, methyl or ethyl and K denotes the radical of a coupling component, are suitable as disperse dyestuffs, excellent for dyeing fully synthetic or semi-synthetic, hydrophobic fibre materials.
