The invention relates to a round-baling press for agricultural crops, which has hydraulic cylinders, mounted laterally on the press housing, for swinging up the rear housing part and a tying and/or wrapping device for the round bale, there being connected to the pressure-medium supply line of the hydraulic cylinders a hydraulic switching device which has a non-return valve, a hydraulic accumulator and an actuating member in the pressure-medium feedline of a hydraulic actuating cylinder and a further non-return valve in the pressure-medium return line.
