The invention relates to a laminated window as roof or facade element with reflectors for controlling the direct and diffuse radiation portions. The reflectors on the irradiated side are designed in a mirror-like fashion and on the shadow side in a diffusely reflecting manner, with the result that, when incident sunlight is reflected in the summer, dazzling effects in the surroundings are avoided, and, furthermore, an accurate control of the passage of light from diffuse radiation can be carried out. The invention furthermore relates to a production process which envisages that the reflector profiles be assembled from at least two elements, at least one element being designed in a mirror-like fashion and at least one further element being designed in a diffusely reflecting manner.
