The invention describes an impregnated laminated wood board which can be obtained by impregnating the individual wood layers with an impregnating solution, subsequent drying and adhesive bonding of the individual wood layers using a synthetic resin glue with the application of pressure and heat, which is characterised in that the wood layers are impregnated with a monomeric, urea-containing solution. The laminated wood boards according to the invention have a high dimensional stability whilst maintaining the natural elasticity of the wood and a good cuttability after storage.
