The apparatus for the controlled irrigation of natural conduits and cavity of the human body is characterized in that it comprises correction means for weighting the measurement signal representative of the pressure emitted by a pressure gauge (10) as a function of the load losses and as a function of the differential height between the pressure measuring area and the operation area corresponding to a member (2). Said correction means include a corrector circuit (14B) intended to effect a correction as a function of said differential height and a corrector circuit (14C) intended to take into account the load loss, namely the flow rate of liquid injected through the internal channel (6) of the endoscope (1) and the cross-section of said channel. |
