<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the printing film capable of reduction of dimensional change after printing, conformable to the dimensional accuracy required by a switch mechanism and of high fastness to light by a method wherein resin is added with a specified quantity of inorganic filler, a compound composed of the 1st layer of a polyolefin group composition that is not welded to the 2nd layer, the 2nd layer of thermoplastic polyurethane having a specific optical properties and the 3rd layer of polyamide resin is coextruded and then the 1st layer is peeled. CONSTITUTION:The 1st layer 1 is of polyolefin group resin composite that is not welded to the 2nd layer, and the additive amount of inorganic filler is 50- 150pts.wt. to 100pts.wt. of polyolefin resin. When both sides of the 2nd layer 2 of thermoplastic polyurethane sheet are smooth and their thickness is set to 150-200mum, the total optical transmission is 70% or more and this layer has 0% optical transmission in the wave length zone of 360nm or less. The polyamide resin used for the 3rd layer 3 is selected according to the fluidity of the 2nd layer of thermoplastic polyurethane. Coextrusion is executed by this constitution and then the 1st layer is peeled.</p> |
