PURPOSE:To intercept ultraviolet rays to form always uniform images without photographic fog by irradiating an original and a photosensitive body with a fluorescent lamp provided with an aperture which is not coated with a fluorescent substance layer and an aperture which is coated with said layer. CONSTITUTION:An original 7 is exposed to an exit light A having a large quantity of light from an aperture 5, which is not coated with a fluorescent substance layer 4 and reflecting layer 3 or the like, of a fluorescent lamp 1, and a photosensitive body 8 is exposed to an exposure light obtained by removing ultraviolet rays from the exit light A by an optical system 10 or the like. Meanwhile, for the purpose of destaticizing the photosensitive body 8, the photosensitive body 8 is illuminated with an exit light B, which has ultraviolet rays removed by the fluorescent substance layer, from an aperture 6 which is not coated with the reflecting layer 3 but is coated only with fluorescent substance layer 4. Since ultraviolet rays are intercepted by this simple constitution using no filters or the like, the degradation of the photosensitive body due to ultravilot rays is prevented, and uniform images of good quality without photographic fog are always formed. |
