PURPOSE:To prevent release of a car from automatic constant-speed operation without demanding high reduction during automatic constant-speed operation and to enable to perform comfortable automatic constant-speed operation, by providing a car speed lowering confirming means. CONSTITUTION:A controller 17 has a power source circuit 117a, a control circuit 117b, and a driving circuit 117c, and controls an acceleration and deceleration actuator 119 through a driving circuit 117c. The actuator 119 controls opening and closing of a throttle control valve. A brake switch 15 is installed to a circuit different from that of a clutch switch 113. An ignition switch 103 is turned ON, and when a main switch 107 is inclined down toward the ON side, a hold relay 105 for a power source is turned ON and the controller 17 is brought into an operable condition. In which case, after it is decided that a car speed V is decreased by a predetermined amount DELTAV from a set car speed V0, a car is released from automatic constant-speed operation. |
