PURPOSE:To obtain the bonding method of an excellent optical disc on which no exfoliation is caused even if it is left for a long time under a high moisture environment while the bonding process is executed efficiently in a short time by adopting cross section structure where a transparent base formed with an optical recording film and another transparent base are bonded by a 2-liquid non- mixing type adhesives. CONSTITUTION:A layer 8 coated with one content of the 2-liquid non-mixing type adhesives is provided on transparent base 5 formed with a laser recording film 7 in advance and a layer 9 coated with the other content of the adhesives is provided on a transparent base 6 being a protecting layer, the two transparent bases are adhered together and cured in a short time at room temperature or 70-80 deg.C. The 2-liquid non-mixing type adhesives is the so-called 2nd generation acrylic group adhesives, but when an adhesives is cured quickly at room temperature or 70-80 deg.C, an epoxy group or a silicon group adhesive can be applied. Further, it is suitable to execute the adhering process under a reduced pressure in order to prevent mixing of air bubbles into the layers 8, 9. |
