PURPOSE:To copy continuously originals in various copy conditions by controlling the copying operation by an original set detecting means, a copying operation interruption discriminating means, and a press plate opening/closing detecting means. CONSTITUTION:A copying operation control means permits the copying operation if the multijob mode is set and the original set detecting means detects an original or if the copying operation interruption discriminating means discriminates interruption and the press plate opening/closing detecting means detects closing of a carrying belt though the original set detecting means does not detect originals. The copying operation control means inhibits the copying operation if the interruption discriminating means does not discriminate interruption of the copying operation or the press plate opening/closing detecting means detects opening of the carrying belt when the original set detecting means does not detect originals. |
