<p>PURPOSE:To prevent useless consumption of energy and to perform stable disposal of exhaust gas, by a method wherein a bleed control valve, which controls a bleed air amount based on the temperature of exhaust gas in the vicinity of the outlet and inlet of a heat exchanger, is located on a bleed duct connected to the heating fluid feed port of a heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION:A heat exchanger 16, which heats exhaust gas after desulfurization by means of high temperature, serving as a heating source, bled from a multistage incinerator 1, is provided. When temperature in a furnace is decreased to lower than a set value, a bleed amount control valve 18 holds a bleed air amount at a low level, and when temperature in a furnace exceed the set value, the bleed amount control valve 18 is increased in an opening to eliminate a larger quantity of heat form a combustion stage to maintain temperature distribution in a furnace at a normal state. Namely, the opening of the bleed amount control valve 18 is controlled based on the temperature of exhaust gas, detected by a thermometer 21 and flowing in the vicinity of the inlet and outlet of the fluid to be heated side of a heat exchanger 16. This enables stable disposal of exhaust gas in a condition in that useless amount of energy consumed in the whole of a waste incinerator is decreased to a minimum value.</p> |
