PURPOSE:To enable to perform a highly reliable sealing irrespective of the stress of a force transmitting part by a method wherein wherein the supporting part of a superconductive coil and a sealing part are provided at different places. CONSTITUTION:After superconductive coils 22a and 22b are fixed by tightening with bolts 27a and 27b and nuts 28a and 28b, the bolts 27a and 27b and nuts 28a and 28b are buried below the surface of side plates 21a, 21b, 23a and 23b. Seal covers 29a, 29b, 30a and 30b are covered on the heads of said bolts, and airtight weldings 32 and 32b are performed thereon. According to this constitution, the coils 22a and 22b are pulled each other when a superconductive device is working, namely, when the superconductive coils 22a and 22b are excited. At this time, force is maintained by the bolts 27a and 27b and the first and the second side plates 21a, 21b, 23a and 23b, but as the force does not reach seal covers 29a, 29b, 30a and 30b, which are the places to be sealed, and the welding places 32a and 32b where the first and the second side plates 21a, 21b, 23a and 23b are welded, a leak is not generated on the above-mentioned sealed places. |
