PURPOSE:To prevent stay of foreign matters or wear powder and to maintain the normal revolutions of a cylinder device for fluid bearing, by providing a deformed herringbone type group where the middle folded parts of each wedge- shaped group are connected to each other via the recess parts in the circumferential direction at the fixed side of a shaft or a sleeve. CONSTITUTION:The middle folded parts 13 of each wedge-shaped group 13 are set zigzag on the circumference of a circle with mutual shifts given toward the core of a fixed shaft 12 at two areas on a vertical outer circumference to the axial core. At the same time, the parts 13a are connected to each other via the recess parts 13b in the circumferential direction. Thus a deformed herringbone type group 14 is obtained. When a rotary part including a sleeve is revolved, a cylinder device can keep the normal revolutions with centripetalism secured by a pumping function. Then the pressure has no peak since the parts 13a are connected via the parts 13b. In addition, the flat maximum pressure generating parts 18 are decentralized since the parts 13b are set zigzag. As a result, the foreign matters and wear powder are moved toward a side of low pressure and ejected. This prevents a seisure of the cylinder device for fluid bearing. |
