PURPOSE:To prevent the permeation of stray lights by fixing the edge of a cold shield onto a conductive pattern through an insulator consisting of ceramic. CONSTITUTION:On a substrate 3, a conductive pattern 5 for detection signals or bias is formed outside an infrared ray detecting element 4. The edge 8B of a cold shield 8 is fixed to the conductive pattern 5 through an annular insulator 21. For fixing the insulator 21 consisting of ceramic to a substrate of ceramic through the conductive pattern 5, the conductive pattern 5 is screen-printed on the substrate 3 being in a green-sheet state and the insulator 21 being in a green- sheet state similarly is positioned to be arranged. Then those are united by applying a pressure of 50-150kg/cm<2> while heating at 80-150 deg.C. After that, the calcination at about 1,500 deg.C in a wet atmoshere is preferable. |
