摘要 PURPOSE:To decrease the capacitance for AC component bypass in the inside of an integrated circuit by applying a DC negative feedback from a collector of a transistor (TR) connected with a resonator to a base and providing a DC negative feedback circuit with a high impedance so as to stabilize the oscillating operation. CONSTITUTION:TRs Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4, resistors R1, R2 and a constant current source I form a differential amplifier, the base of the TRQ1 is used as an input terminal, the collector of the TRQ2 is used as the output terminal and the base of the TRQ2 is used as the negative feedback terminal. The negative feedback from the collector to the base of the TRQ2 is executed through an emitter follower (comprising a TRQ5 and a resistor R3) of a negative feedback circuit 6. The oscillation output is fed to a path comprising the TRQ5, the resistor R3, a TRQ6 and a resistor R4 and extracted from the collector of the TRQ6.
