PURPOSE:To perform the concn. operation of a concentrator with good efficiency, by determining the steam flow amount set value of the concentrator corresponding to the amount of a waste solution calculated by the level signal of a collection tank and the concentrator operation pattern set by an operator. CONSTITUTION:When the solution of an evaporation boiler 3 reached a difinite level of more, a concn. signal is outputted to begin concn. and steam is sent in a heating boiler 4 while a waste solution is recirculated between the evaporation boiler 3 and the heating boiler 4 by a recirculation pump 5 and the temp. thereof is raised. The conc. operation start set time t1, the concn. operation finish set time t2 and the concn. stand-by operation finish set time t3 preset to a waste solution treating time setting device 20 by an operator are inputted to a concentrator control circuit 18 which in turn performs objective time control corresponding to the level of the waste solution in a collection tank 1 in concn. operation. The level of the waste solution in the collection tank 1 is inputted to the concentrator control circuit 18 as the output signal of a level detector 19. |
