PURPOSE:To carry out desilvering rapidly and perfectly and to obtain a superior image by incorporating a specified org. acid ferric complex salt and a water- soluble polymer specified in average mol.wt. in the bleaching or bleach-fixing soln. of a silver halide color photographic sensitive material contg. a high-boiling org. solvent having the dielectric constant of a specified value or more. CONSTITUTION:The silver halide color photographic sensitive material contg. a high-boiling org. solvent having a dielectric constant of >=3.5, such as o-phthalate ester, is developed and then, processed with the bleaching soln. or, preferably, bleach-fixing soln. incorporating, as an oxidizing agent, at least one selected from a group A of 17 kinds of aminopolycarboyxlic acid ferric complex salts, such as diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid ferric complex salt, or at least one of a group B of org. acid ferric complex salts having the oxidation reduction potential difference of <=100mV of a specified standard soln. in a pH of 5.0-9.0, and further, a water-soluble polymer having an average mol.wt. of 200-1,500,000, such as polyethylene glycol, and having a surface tention of <=55 dyne/cm, thus permitting a superior color image pevented from yellow stains after long period successive uses to be formed rapidly. |
