PURPOSE:To ensure the even quality of grilling regardless of the fluctuation of heating intensity of a cooking appliance due to the voltage fluctuation of the A/C power source or manufacturing tolerances of heater by inputting the heating intensity information of the heating means to an electrifying time determining means through a heat sensing means and a comparator means so as to select the electrifying time period according to the heating intensity. CONSTITUTION:A comparator means 3 compares the output from a heat sensing means 2 with the reference value, and makes an output. The outputs from the comparator means 3 and a grilled color setting means 4 are inputted to an electrifying time determining means 5 to determine the electrifying time period. A heating means 1 is electrified by an electrifying means 6 for the determined electrifying time period. In this manner, despite the fluctuation of heating intensity of a cooking appliance due to the voltage fluctuation of the A/C power source or manufacturing tolerances of the heater, an even quality of grilling is ensured. |
