PURPOSE:To cause a burner tip to be durable to the use for a long time through improvement of resistance to wear, by a method wherein a part of an injection nozzle is formed with a sleeve made of a material excellent in resistance to wear, and the raer end surface of the sleeve and the hole bottom of a burner tip body are inclined in the same shape to each other, and the sleeve is secued to the burner tip body through a spring. CONSTITUTION:A rear end surface 2c of a cylindrical sleeve 2, made of a wear resistant material, such as ceramic, is not at right angles with the axis of the sleeve 2 but inclined, and is engaged with a hole bottom 1d of a burner tip body 1, which is processed in the same shape as that of the rear end surface of the sleeve. Further, an annular spring 3, when the sleeve 2 is inserted into a sleeve inserting hole 1e in the burner tip body 1, is forcibly spread until the spring is arrested by a groove 2a formed in the sleeve 2. This prevents the sleeve 2 from being rotated during the use, causes a hole 2b in the sleeve 2 and the axis of a flow passage 1b to be held in a specified state without the occurrence of a deviation, and the annular spring 3 prevents the sleeve 2 from springing out by dint of a spray pressure. |
