PURPOSE:To minimize the confusion of a communication line due to an incorrect user of the said line by stopping the function of an information setting circuit if the number of information settings in a short time is >=(n) times within a specific time T. CONSTITUTION:A communication terminal device consists of a radio transmission/reception circuit 7, a data converting circuit 8, a data generating/processing circuit 10 and an information setting circuit 11. The information setting circuit 11 consists of an information setting button 1, an information change detection circuit 2, the 1st and 2nd pulse generating circuits 4, 3, a counter 5, a memory circuit 6 and a gate circuit 9. When the information of an information setting button 1 changes frequently, it is detected by an information change detecting circuit 2 and transmitted to the 1st and 2nd pulse generating circuits 4, 3. The counter 5 counts input pulses from the 2nd pulse generating circuit 3 by up to (n), and when the number if less than (n) within a time shorter than the time T, the counter 5 acts on opening the gate circuit 9 and when the number is the (n) or over, the gate circuit 9 is closed. |
