A metering device for metering quantities of fluids, especially for fuel injection systems of internal combustion engines, is proposed in which, for the purpose of highly accurate metering of quantities of fluids in conjunction with the inevitably short available metering times, an outflow (34) is provided which, outside the metering phase, is continually connected to an inlet (37) which can be connected to a fluid intake line (19). During the metering phase, the fluid stream continuously flowing via the outflow (34) is redirected to the outlet (38) which can be connected to a metering volume (14). <IMAGE> |
