PURPOSE:To improve the measuring accuracy, and to execute labor-saving of a measuring and recording person by combining a sensor system and a microcomputer editing system, and automating measurement of welding conditions and its data processing. CONSTITUTION:In a sensor unit 2, current voltage data collected from a measuring instrument set to a conduit cable 13a is converted by an A/D converter, the start and end of welding are detected by an operation of a CPU, an average value of current/ voltage, and an arc time are calculated, and its result is stored in a RAM in the cell. On the other hand, in a terminal equipment 1, various fixed values, an inter-preheating pass temperature, etc. are inputted from various keyboards 13, 14 and 16. They are compared with the initialized standard value, and its result is displayed on a three- color light emitting diode 15 of the terminal equipment 1 and a controller alarm plate. After welding has been ended, a bead length is inputted from the terminal, also collated with a welding condition measured value from the unit 2 in order of an input in an editing cell 3, a welding heat input quantity is calculated, and it is displayed on an indicator 12 and the alarm diode 15 together with a result of the comparison with the standard value. |
