发明名称 NUMERICAL CONTROL METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE:To reset automatically a tool to a block start point through an optimum path in a request mode by registering previously a return path pattern of the tool having no contact with a work. CONSTITUTION:A numerical controller NC contains a processor 101, a RAM103, an operating board 105, etc. and controls a machine tool 111 via a pulse distributor 107. Here the tool resetting position (flag point) during working is specified by an NC program data (flag point instruction). At the same time, a return program is registered previously to the NC for return of the tool to the flag point from a position where a flag point return request signal is produced. Thus the flag point instruction is read during execution of the numerical control done according to data. Then the internal state is preserved for the coordinate value of the present position of each axis. While the NC slows down the tool working speed when the flag point return start signal is produced. Then the tool is reset to the flag point and the information on the preservation is recovered.
