CONSTITUTION:In a device for supplying a power to a load by connecting a power converter CCU connected in anti-parallel with positive and negative side converters SSp, SSN with an AC power source SS, an another converter CN is connected with the power source SS. The converter CN is controlled by a signal representing a side wave generated from the converter CCU as a current command. To this end, the sum of a circulating current command value Icp and a DC command 2 is calculated by an adder 4, and the value produced by subtracting the output by a subtractor 5 by the rectified and amplified output of the AC input current Is is used as a current command value to control the converter CN.
