PURPOSE:To efficiently produce a high output by providing a stator for generating a standing wave having a drive component in the rotating direction by the application of a supersonic signal and movably engaging a supporting pin of a supporting frame with the hole opened at the node of the standing wave. CONSTITUTION:A stator S of an elastic material is formed of a vibrator 31 for generating a standing wave having a circulating motion including a drive component in the rotating direction by applying a supersonic signal, and a contactor 33 is secured to a zone for generating the circular motion of the stator S. A rotor 30 having a rotating center is contacted with the contactor 33 to transmit the drive force of the stator S to the rotor 30. A hole 42 is opened at the node of the standing wave of the stator S, a supporting pin 43 projected from a supporting frame 40 is movably engaged with the hole 42 to support the stator S. |
