PURPOSE:To execute an exact bending and a beautiful finish by forming in advance a projecting line on a desired bending part, and subsequently, forming a metallic plate by pressure onto a V-shaped die by a punch having a groove being roughly equal to a width of the projecting line on the tip. CONSTITUTION:A projecting line 2 is formed by bringing a composite metallic plate 1 to a press work by a punch 41 having a projecting part 43 and a die 42 having a recessed part 44. Subsequently, on a die 3 whose section forms a V-shaped groove, the composite metallic plate 1 is placed with the projecting line 2 up. Also, a punch 41 having a groove being roughly equal to or a little narrower than a width of the projecting line on the tip part is made to descend, and the metallic plate 1 is formed by pressure. A metallic base material plate 1b is inserted and pressed by groove wall surfaces 5a, 5b, and as for a base material plate 1c, its curved part expands, and warping and a large spring-back of the metallic plate 1 are dissolved. Accordingly, an exact bending and also a beautiful finish can be executed. |
