PURPOSE:To improve the transfer efficiency by providing plural guide rolls on a curve of the peripheral side face of a virtual cone, and also placing a band- shaped material returning roll between the guide roll and a delivery roll. CONSTITUTION:A steel strip 11 positioned between an entry roll 13 and a delivery roll 14 runs on plural guide rolls 16 provided on the peripheral side face of a virtual cone 15. Plural returning rolls 17 for adjusting a level gradually by turning the steel strip 11 bent by the guide roll 16 to the delivery roll 14 are provided between the guide roll 16 and the delivery roll 14. The steel strip 11 is twisted extending from the entry roll 13 to the guide roll 16, and also the twist is returned by the returning roll 17. Accordingly, in both the rolls 13, 14, the course is changed without changing the surface and the rear side, and a change space is made small. Therefore, the transfer efficiency is improved. |
