<p>A construction for a lined carton, made of carton stock and a liner, the carton comprising a plurality of sidewall panel members and a glue flap. A liner substantially covers the carton stock. The glue flap has a projection on each of its ends, the thickness of a portion of carton stock comprising the projection being thinner than the thickness of the main portion of the carton. The invention includes a blank for forming a lined carton comprising a glue flap which has projections susceptible to being, made thinner than the thickness of the main portion of the carton stock upon application of pressure to the projection.</p> |
