PURPOSE:To make the titled head perform highly speedy and stable action by making a residual magnetic flux of a main magnetic circuit attenuate forcibly, by providing an auxiliary magnetic circuit including a permanent magnet other than the main magnetic circuit driving an armature. CONSTITUTION:A printing wire is provided on the tip of an armature 4. An auxiliary magnetic circuit is constituted with a permanent magnet 16 and a bypass yoke 17 and they are arranged so that magnetism of the permanent magnet generates a magnetic flux in the opposite direction C to the magnetic flux B to the magnetic flux B to be generated by a coil 2. A gap A is set up so that permeance of the auxiliary magnetic circuit becomes smaller than that of the main magnetic circuit. When, therefore, a driving pulse is applied to the coil 2, the magnetic flux C becomes only for the auxiliary magnetic circuit, and as for the main magnetic circuit, the magnetic flux becomes applicable to the direction of the B, the armature 4 is attracted and printing is performed by a printing wire. When a driving pulse is turned OFF, although a residual magnetic flux is attenuated, the magnetic flux C is applied to the main magnetic circuit and residual magnetism is descended suddenly and stabilized. |
