PURPOSE:To improve the temperature characteristic of an output by connecting a diode in series with the collector of an inverting transistor for converting the level, thereby cancelling the temperature characteristic of a transistor for converting the impedance of the following stage. CONSTITUTION:In a circuit for producing smoothed output by smoothing the output of level converting and inverting transistor 11 by integrating capacitors 13, 15 and integrating resistors 12, 14, and driving an impedance converting transistor 16, a diode 10 is connected in series with the collector of the output terminal of the transistor 11. Thus, since the temperature characteristic of the transistor 16 can be cancelled and the base and emitter voltage drop of the transistor 16 can be corrected by the forward voltage of the diode 10, an output voltage can be obtained even by the portion having small pulse duty. |
