The invention relates to a method for cooking foods and can be used in the sector of food production. The aim of the invention is to provide a method for achieving almost all conventional cooking methods. The problem of providing such a variable method is solved by supplying the liquid cooking medium at cooking temperature to the product to be cooked, covering the product to be cooked with the liquid cooking medium and immediately separating it again from the product to be cooked, and collecting the liquid cooking medium for resupply, and adding ingredients in a dosed manner. Finally, by means of the method, a basic sauce can be made. A stirring option exists for the product to be cooked. |
