CONSTITUTION:Each layer is put into closely attached state only in the parallel part 5 of a multilayer bellows, and the radius of curvature of the inner surface of an outer layer bellows 1 is made equal to the radius of curvature of the outer surface of an inner layer bellows 2, and a gap is formed between the top part and the bottom part of the stress concentration part.
