PURPOSE:To reutilize the discharged energy which is accumulated during the deceleration of a car, when the car is accelerated, by accumulating energy in the form of the deformation of an elastic body. CONSTITUTION:When brake action is applied onto a car from high-speed traveling to stop state, the powder of a powder type clutch 5 operates to form clutch-in state through a controller not shown in the figure, and the revolution of an input/output shaft 6 generates the revolution of an input/output shaft 9 through pulleys 3 and 7 and a belt 8. In the state where a brake 10 is not operated, the driving shaft 13 of a reversal machine 12 revolves the drum 15 of an energy accumulating apparatus 2 in a prescribed direction through the reversal machine 12 in a prescribed deceleration state through a speed change gear 11. In other words, a belt 18 connected to the drum 15 is wound onto the drum 15, and the post body 23 of the energy accumulating elastic body uniformly extends to accumulate energy through clampers 21 and 22. |
