Method for the production of mixed gas, along with a gasometer for the operation of the technique. The gasometer has first and second rooms (12, 13) which can change their respective volumes and are separated by a movable partition (11). This partition is thus best made as an inner container which partitions one of the relevant rooms. Those gases which are to be mixed are supplied alternately from one room and then the other, whilst gas is supplied from the opposite room, via the transfer of pressure from that room which is receiving gas to that room from which gas is being supplied from the inner container in the adjacent partition.<IMAGE> |
