PURPOSE:To float-up and lightly revolve a main valve piece by allowing a pilot valve to release the pressure on the upper surface of the main valve piece before the main valve piece is revolved stepwise by pulse signals. CONSTITUTION:When a plunger 5 is pulled-up by the electric pulse signals, a needle valve body 12 is raised to open a pilot valve, and the space over the upper surface of a main valve piece 3 is connected to a low-pressure port 2D, and the pressure over the upper surface of the main valve piece is released, and the fluidic pressure applied onto the loer part of the main valve piece pushes-up the main valve piece 3. Then, a pin 7 installed onto the plunger 5 revolves the plunger 5, led on the aslant surface part of the teeth of a guide installed onto the periphery of the plunger 5, and the floated-up main valve piece 3 is revolved. When the supply of the signal is cut-off, and the plunger 5 returns, the pilot valve is closed, and the main valve piece 3 is pushed onto the bottom surface of a body 1. |
