PURPOSE:To permit the light operation of a manual lever by providing a clutch means which is installed onto the output shaft of a motor as driving means and connects a driving means and a valve part in automatic operation and cuts-off the above-described driving means in manual operation. CONSTITUTION:In automatic operation, a solenoid 37 is turned-ON, and a solenoid shaft part 38 is driven to a pinion 20 side, and an A-clutch 30 and a B- clutch 31 are engaged, and the motive power of a motor 21 is transmitted to the pinion 20, and a valve part 2 is driven vertically. In manual operation, the solenoid 37 is turned-OFF, and the A-clutch 30 is released from the B-clutch 31. Therefore, the load applied onto a manual lever 6 is only the loads of a valve part 2 and a rack 19, etc., and the valve can be lightly opened and closed by the manual lever 6. |
