PURPOSE:To selectively collect and take water for underground dam by providing a water control valve to be opened or closed by the vertically moving actions of the valve body in the lower part of an underground well whose lower end is connected to an intake tunnel, having a water collecting hole in the aquifer through portion. CONSTITUTION:Groundwater in an aquifer 2 on a rocked layer 1 is stored in an undeground dam 3, and water is collected from the aquifer 2 through a water collecting hole 5 provided in an underground well 4 and taken through an intake tunnel 6 provided in the rockbed layer 1. A valve seat 7 and a vertically movable guide 8 are fixed to the lower end inner face of the well 4, and a valve 9 and an auxiliary valve 12 are also provided to permit selective water collection and control to be performed. when a rope 15 is wound up after the construction, an auxiliary water control valve 14 of lesser water pressures is opened to release water from a vertical hole 13. When the water pressure is reduced, the main water conrol valve 10 is opened to release great amounts of water. |
