摘要 PURPOSE:To set the ptobe in a normal direction by rotating a shaft onto which the probe is fitted in a specific plane parallel to the shaft, and moving it on a work surface on the basis of passage data and calculating the angle of the work normal direction. CONSTITUTION:The shaft AX onto which the probe PRB is fitted is rotated in, for example, an X-Z plane parallel to the shaft AX. Then the PRB is moved on the surface of a work WK7-7 to generate a program. Passage data are read out, block by block, to calculate the normal direction of MS. An incremental value in the rotating direction is calculated from a targer angle theta1 and the current angle and the probe PRB is rotated by using this value to change the direction of the probe PRB from an X axis to theta. Then, incremental values x1 and y1 of the X and Z axes are used to move the probe along a command passage. Then, similar processing is performed on the basis of NC data of the next block to hold the probe onvariably at right angles to the measurement surface.
