The subject of the invention is an antiinertial device for turbine flowmeters characterised in that it processes the frequency data coming from a system for detecting the rotation of the turbine and that it comprises an electronic detector of the slowing down of the turbine with evaluation of this slowing down, a comparator which inhibits for a certain time the output pulses of the apparatus, and a comparator which inhibits the first comparator when the speed of rotation (that is to say the flow rate) exceeds the value above which the errors due to inertia become small. <IMAGE>
