PURPOSE:To obtain an antidazzle filter which is used for a cathode ray tube surface, etc., has good resolution and obviates sticking of dust by weaving conductive fibers having a specific value or below of electric resistivity at specific intervals or below to form a mesh screen having a specific light transmittance or above and specific light reflectivity or below. CONSTITUTION:The monofilaments of a conductive polymer, more particularly polyester, polyamide or polyolefin contg. conductive particles such as fine metallic wires of Cu, etc., carbon black or metallic particles are spun with polyester, etc. melted and kneaded with conductive particles as a sleeve and are stretched to form the conductive fibers. Such fibers having <1X10<13>OMEGA/cm electric resisting are woven at <=3cm intervals to form the antidazzle filter having >=40% light transmittance, <=30% light reflectivity and >=100 and <=400 mesh of the screen. Such antidazzle filter is used on the front surface of a light emitting screen (cathode ray tube, etc.) for an information display, by which the sticking of dust, etc. to the screen is made hard and image and characters are made distinctly visible with good resolution. |
