摘要

PURPOSE:To eliminate aging thus to stabilize the quality by forming the bumper core member with ethylene-propylene random co-polymer having ethylene ratio of 0.1-0.8wt%. CONSTITUTION:The bumper 1 is constructed by convering the core member 1b with skin member 1a. Here, RIM mold of poly-uretane resin or injection mold of polypropylene co-polymer is employed for the skin material 1a. While the core material 1b is made of synthetic resin foaming material such as ethylene-propylene randowm co-polymer having ethylene ratio of 0.1-8.0wt% and the density of 0.047-0.18g/cm<3>.
