PURPOSE:To check wear between a bush and a roller, by constituting a bush peripheral surface of a bushed chain with a ceramics thermal spraying layer of TiO2. CONSTITUTION:A bush 10, where each inner link plate 6 is tightly fitted in both ends, consists of a bush core part 11 composed of an S45C material and a ceramics thermal spraying layer of TiO2 formed in its circumference. A roller 8, subjected to thermal refining of an S50C material with heat treatment, is externally fitted in an outer diameter of this ceramics thermal spraying layer 12 free of sliding contact. And, a connecting pin 4 is pierced through an inner diameter of the bush core part 11, constituting a chain. |
