PURPOSE:To surely prevent rolling effected upon a vehicle body without deteriorating the drive feeling of a vehicle even upon turning operation of the vehicle, by changing over the damping force of a suspension unit into a hard one at a vehicle speed exceeding a predetermined value. CONSTITUTION:An actuator 14 which changes over the damping force of a shock abosrber 13 between a hard one and a soft one, controls the communication and isolation between a main air spring chamber 11 and a subair spring chamber 12 so that the reaction force of the air spring system is changed over between a hard one and a soft one. Further, a change-over solenoid valve 34 is disposed between an air feed pipe 2 and the actuator 14. Further, a motor control unit 36 determines whether a hard selecting switch 53 is turned on or not while a vehicle speed sensor 41 determines whether the vehicle speed exceeds 100km/h or not, and the valve 34 is turned on under the control of the unit 36 to be opened so that compressed air in a reservoir tank 21 is introduced through the valve 34 to operate the actuator 14. |
