PURPOSE:To find satisfaction in the positional accuracy required for each function part, by positioning plural members separately in an assembling jig installed in one of stages in an engine compartment assembling line, while welding them together simultaneously. CONSTITUTION:Each of engine compartment constituent parts such as a hood- ridge assembly 1, a front side member 2, a radiator core support 4, a cross member 5 and dash lower 7 is taken into an assembling jig in keeping them a single unit intact each, and respective function parts are positioned right and locked. In succession, joining parts between each of constituent parts are welded together at the same time with a welding gun and thus an engine compartment is assembled. |
