PURPOSE:To check wear in a sliding contact surface between a bush peripheral surface and a roller inner surface, by installing a ceramics thermal spraying layer of Al2O3 in the bush outer surface of a bushed chain, while externally fitting a steel roller rotatably in position on top of this ceramics thermal spraying layer. CONSTITUTION:A bush 10 of a bushed roller chain for a mud lift car consists of a bush core part composed of an S45C material and a ceramics thermal spraying layer of Al2O3 sticking fast to its outer circumference. A roller 8 composed of an S50C material is externally fitted in position on top of this ceramics thermal spraying layer 12. Owing to this ceramics thermal spraying layer 12, wear in a sliding contact surface between a peripheral surface of the bush 10 and an inner diameter of the roller 8 is checked. |
