<p>PURPOSE:To make a sealing pressure high and to increase a revolving speed by utilizing the sucking force between different polarities of a magnet or the force by which ferromagnetic bodies are attracted and thereby obtaining the sealing pressure. CONSTITUTION:The upper step part A is constituted of a sealing body 41, yoke members 42, 43, a permanent magnet 45, a member 47, a sealing member 49 and a pipe 50 for cooling and the lower step part B is constituted of members 44, 48, 54 and a permanent magnet 46. Therefore, the end surface of the member 44 and the rotary joining end surface of the sealing member 49 are stuck under pressure by the sucking force of the permanent magnets 45, 46 and the joining surface of the upper step part A and the lower step part B is joined.</p> |
